hereby each give notice of their
Virtual Annual General Meetings to be held concurrently on Monday, October 16, 2023

TEAMS Meeting starts at 5:00 p.m.
Please Note:
- Due to possible Covid-19 we are holding the meeting virtually on TEAMS. Please RSVP by emailing ginette.fedorchuk@bethania.ca no later than October 1, 2023 so that we can send you the TEAMS login information and the Annual and Financial Reports.
- Participation in the Annual General Meeting is also possible by giving your proxy to another member. This year please indicate who would hold your proxy by emailing ginette.fedorchuk@bethania.ca.
- Donations to any or all of these organizations are always welcomed andcan be made by going on the respective organization’s website.
