As of today August 26th, 2024, we were able to declare the outbreak over. Residents who were positive for COVID 19 illness have now recovered. Residents can resume meals in congregate areas, recreational activities can resume, and Residents are able to move freely in the facility.
There was a total of 9 Resident cases on 3rd floor EAST and 1 on 3rd floor South Unit.
A big thank you also to all staff at Pembina Place for their outstanding care, infection control practices and support during this outbreak.
