The annual Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home Spring Tea fundraiser was held Sunday, May 3rd, 2026. The service, refreshments and bake sale were enjoyed by many of the residents, family and community supporters.
On behalf of the Bethania MPCH Auxiliary members and the Bethania Group Board, thank you to all of our champions. From volunteers to baking and monetary donations, we couldn’t do it without your generosity. The funds raised are dedicated to replacing the satellite dining room tables (approximately 60 tables) with Enable Tables.
These special tables allow for an accessible, adjustable tablet on the ends of the table for residents to be closer to their food enabling them to feed themselves longer, preserve dignity and some precious independence. These tables come at a significant cost as they are built for commercial/hospital use and are made to withstand the rigors of frequent use & disinfection processes. This year we are able to purchase 7 tables to add to the 9 already donated by the Auxiliary group.
