Update: Respiratory Virus Outbreak BETHANIA MPCH
Dear Residents and Families:
Although we are still in Outbreak status according to protocol, we are now able to adjust the isolation to allow the Residents on 300 wing and 400 wing who are non-symptomatic or whose symptoms have resolved to leave the wings for meals, visiting and other programming.
Only those Residents who remain symptomatic or who present with symptoms in the future will require isolation in their rooms until their symptoms resolve.
We ask for people visiting those Residents on isolation in their rooms to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other prevention measures while visiting their loved one in the room. Please see a nurse for directions on how to put on and remove the PPE. We also highly recommend that all visitors use a mask and practice hand hygiene when on Centre Station.
Further, we ask all visitors to not visit if feeling ill.
