Dear Residents and Families:
We are pleased and relieved to announce both our COVID and Influenza A outbreaks are declared over by Shared Health. All Residents who were positive are recovered and out of isolation.
Group programming in Recreation and Spiritual will fully resume for all Residents and normal dining room and satellite meal service is now available throughout the facility.
However, because a variety of respiratory and Gastrointestinal viruses continue to circulate in the community, it is important for visitors to consider wearing a mask, to sanitize their hands before and after visiting and please not visit if feeling ill. This latest outbreak also reinforces the importance of staying up to date with COVID, Influenza and -if high risk- RSV vaccinations.
Again, our profound thanks to all staff at Bethania for their outstanding care, infection control practices and support during this outbreak.
