COVID Update Bethania MPCH – December 5

Dear Residents and Families:

We are pleased to announce that the COVID 19 outbreak is completely over at Bethania MPCH! The last Resident on 700 Wing who was positive has completed their isolation period.

All Residents are able to resume dining in their usual places and group programming for Recreation and Spiritual Care will be fully reinstated.

We still request that all family and general visitors consider wearing a mask while moving about the PCH, practice good hand hygiene and not to come to Bethania MPCH if feeling ill. Please note that community acquired COVID infections are on the rise again because of the new XBB 1.5 variant and the waning immunity of those previously vaccinated against other earlier variants.

Accordingly, we continue to encourage all visitors to receive the new COVID Spikevax or Novavax immunizations to protect yourself, your family, your Resident and our staff.

Please keep ourResidents and Staff in your thoughts and prayers.
