The Boards of the Mennonite Benevolent Society, Concordia Hospital and The Bethania Group

hereby each give notice of their

Virtual Annual General Meetings to be held concurrently on Monday, October 16, 2023

by

TEAMS Meeting starts at 5:00 p.m.

Please Note:

• Due to possible Covid-19 we are holding the meeting virtually on TEAMS. Please RSVP by emailing ginette.fedorchuk@bethania.ca no later than October 1, 2023 so that we can send you the TEAMS login information and the Annual and Financial Reports.
• Participation in the Annual General Meeting is also possible by giving your proxy to another member. This year please indicate who would hold your proxy by emailing ginette.fedorchuk@bethania.ca.
• Donations to any or all of these organizations are always welcomed andcan be made by going on the respective organization’s website.
