We would like to inform you of an incident regarding another broken sprinkler pipe that occurred yesterday morning in the sunroom on the third floor. We have extensive water damage to this area and the second-floor family visitation areas. While this was an unexpected situation, we want to assure you that our team responded promptly to address the issue and minimize any disruption to our residents.
Repairs are already underway, and we are working diligently to resolve this matter. The company has installed fans to dry up the wet drywall. Please watch your step as some cords may be across the floors.
Our top priority remains the safety and comfort of our residents, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the necessary work. Please do not visit in these areas until the restoration has been completed.
