A vascular Doppler is a non-invasive diagnostic test that uses sound waves to measure the speed, direction, and volume of blood circulating through your arteries and veins. It is primarily used to identify blockages, blood clots (like DVT), narrowed vessels, and aneurysms in areas like the arms, legs, and neck. This can both add to early detection and save sending a resident to hospital unnecessarily.
