The following items are permitted provided they are inspected by Maintenance staff prior to use:
- radios
- electric shavers
- fans equipped with safety guard
- televisions, DVD players
- telephone
- lamps
- refrigerators suitable to the room size
- computers/printers
The following items are NOT PERMITTED in Resident rooms:
- heating pads
- toasters
- hot pots/plates
- kettles
- electric heaters
- electric blankets
- humidifiers
- water coolers
- coffee makers
- irons
- flammable liquids
