Previously known as the Deaf Centre located at 285 Pembina Highway in Winnipeg is an independent living residence. Applicants must be one or more of the following:

• 18 years of age if deaf or hard of hearing
• 55 years or older
• Students enrolled in the Deaf Studies Program

We have one-bedroom and bachelor suites with kitchen facilities.

Rent is based on 30% of a tenant's current gross monthly income. Proof of gross monthly income, as well as a certified copy of the tenant's last year's notice of assessment from Revenue Canada (income tax) is required upon entering a lease agreement.

Meal Program is available for tenants to purchase.

Tenants can join in a variety social and recreational activities held in the building.
