We provide housekeeping, laundry and dietary services on a bundled service or a-la-carte basis.
The tenants enjoy twice daily hot meal service provided by our proficient cook. Ambiance is homelike and friendly, where the congeniality among tenants and staff truly creates a family atmosphere.
Rent is based on 30% of a tenant's current gross monthly income. Proof of gross monthly income, as well as a certified copy of the tenant's last year's notice of assessment from Revenue Canada (income tax) is required upon entering a lease agreement.
