Food Services

Bethania Group has a large dietary staff who prepare and serve the Resident their meals. There is a seasonal spring/summer and fall/winter, four-week cyclical menu.  Assorted sandwich are available at lunch and supper. As well as alternate meal choices are available for supper meal upon request either through the Dietitians or Food Services Staff.

Meals are served in the main dining room for those individuals who are able to eat independently. Meals served in the satellite dining rooms are for those Residents who require assistance and/or supervision when they eat. Both settings are designed for the Residents to benefit from the social aspect of sharing meals with other Residents at the dining table

Please note that while we will provide tray service to Residents in their room during periods of illness.
